The Strategy
Broadview Forestry Investments LP is a commercial forestry and new planting investment vehicle. The fund is designed to allow private investors, family offices and institutional investors access to the asset class, its financial returns, tax benefits and inflation hedge.
A core thesis for our fund is the global demand and supply imbalance for timber combined with an increasing demand from investors for more ethical and sustainable investment opportunities.
Our firm has developed a proprietary model to systematically screen and value UK commercial forest and land assets. We have built an extensive industry network to source and acquire these assets.
